Iced Matcha Recipe
Making iced matcha is very simple.
Ingredients:
Water: approximately 180ml
Ice cubes: 5-6
ISSO TEA matcha: about 2g
Bottle or bowl
(Tea strainer)
Method Using a Bottle
1. Put water and ISSO TEA matcha into the bottle and shake well.
2. Add ice cubes.
Method Using a Bowl
1. Put water and ISSO TEA matcha into the bowl, and whisk using a chasen or frother.

If you sift the matcha before preparing it, it will dissolve more easily and have a smoother texture.
