We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions regarding the ISSO official online store.

Orders
You can check it from the e-mail sent to you after your order is completed.
If you are a registered member, you can also check it from My Page.
After sending the "Order Confirmation E-mail", we are preparing to ship your order. We cannot accept any changes or cancellations of your order after the order process has been completed.
If you do not receive an e-mail, our e-mail may have been classified as spam due to your e-mail reception settings. Please check your settings and make sure that you can receive our e-mails from "@issojapan.com". If you still do not receive the e-mail after trying the above, please contact us using the inquiry form. If you are using a mobile carrier's e-mail address, you may not receive your order e-mail or other e-mails. We recommend that you register using a webmail address such as PC or Gmail.
Please uncheck the "Use shipping address as billing address" checkbox on the purchase procedure screen and enter the shipping and purchaser's information.
Each order can only be delivered to one delivery address.
Please place an order and make a payment for each delivery address.
You can write only one person's name as a purcaser.
We do not accept orders by phone or fax. Please use the ISSO Online Shop.

About payment
You can use any of the following payment methods:

Our store does not accept bank transfers or convenience store payments.
Our store does not accept cash on delivery or deferred payment.
We cannot accept changes to the payment method after the order has been completed.
As part of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact, ISSO TEA does not include a delivery note with our products.
(Payment in Japanese Yen) If you require a receipt or invoice, please access your My Page using the URL provided in the shipping completion email and download it for your use.
(Payments in currencies other than Japanese Yen) If you require a receipt or delivery note, please contact us using the inquiry form .
You can change the addressee on the receipt download screen.

About delivery
Currently, we are able to ship to the US. We will gradually expand the shipping area. Please look forward to it.
(Domestic delivery in Japan) We will deliver your order via Yamato Transport in an environmentally friendly package size. We cannot accept requests to change the delivery company or method.
(Shipping outside of Japan) We will deliver your order via EMS (Express Mail Service) of JAPAN POST. We cannot accept requests to change the delivery company or method.
(Shipping within Japan) Delivery date and time can be specified from the day after shipment. If you do not specify a delivery date, we will ship your order on the earliest possible shipping date.
*For some products that are delivered by post, delivery date and time cannot be specified.
(Shipping outside of Japan) We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.
Please make a note of the shipping slip number listed in the "Shipping Notification Email" that we will send you on the day of shipment, and contact the Yamato Transport Service Center listed below from the day after the product is shipped to request the change.

For courier services, the delivery company will post a "Notice of Absence", so please follow the instructions to request redelivery.
There is a storage period, so please receive it as soon as possible.
All products will be shipped together for each order.
Please note that items ordered separately cannot be delivered together.

About gifts
Please be assured that our store does not include items that show the price of the product.

About ISSO membership registration
If you register as a member when using the ISSO online store, you will be able to easily recall your registered information and check your order history without having to enter your customer information and delivery address each time. You can also download the delivery note and receipt at any time. Admission fee and annual fee are free.
Please edit and update the changed items from the member account editing screen. Changes will be reflected immediately.
*Please note that you cannot change your email address.
Regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. We take every precaution regarding product quality and delivery, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. In that case, we will be able to assist you smoothly if you also send us photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If there is a replacement product, we will exchange it and cover the cost of returning and re-shipping the product. If there is no replacement product, we will return the product (refund).
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply.
・Products that have been opened or used ・Products that have been damaged, lost, or scratched or stained due to customer's fault ・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived ・If the customer made a mistake in ordering ・Other cases that we determine are due to customer's convenience (different from the image, etc.) ・Delay in delivery due to transportation or delivery circumstances, etc. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless the product is defective or the product you received is different from the order. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice.

When you contact us, we will send you an automatic confirmation email from no-reply@globosoftware.net. Also, emails from us at "@issojapan.com" may be filtered out as spam depending on your email or security settings. Please check your spam folder and set it up so that you can receive emails from "@issojapan.com". If you have tried the above and still cannot receive our email, please contact us again using the inquiry form . If you are using a mobile carrier email address, order emails and other information may not be delivered. We recommend that you register with a computer or web email address such as Gmail.
