As part of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact, ISSO TEA does not include a delivery note with our products.

-Delivery within Japan

Shipping days

We will ship your order within 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

  • For warehouse holidays such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays, orders will be shipped on the next business day.
  • The number of business days it takes to ship may vary depending on the time of year.
  • Once the shipping arrangements for your product have been completed, we will send you an email notifying you of this.

Number of days until delivery

Usually delivered within 1-3 days from shipment.

*Shipping to some areas may require additional time in addition to the above.

Free shipping for orders over 5,500 yen (tax included)

Shipping costs throughout Okinawa Prefecture are 1,490 yen.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to the entire Okinawa prefecture.

Delivery

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
We will deliver your order in an environmentally friendly package (courier service or Nekopos).

Nekoposu is delivered by dropping it in your mailbox. You cannot specify the delivery date and time.

Specify desired delivery date and time

Delivery date and time can be specified from the day after shipment. If you do not specify a delivery date, we will ship your order on the earliest possible shipping date.

*For some products that are delivered by post, delivery date and time cannot be specified.

*Date and time specification is only available for domestic delivery services in Japan.

Notes regarding shipping

  • Shipping and delivery may take longer than usual due to bad weather, natural disasters, confirmation of order information, etc.
  • We cannot accept orders for two or more items to be shipped together.
  • If you are not present at the time of delivery of the product, please check the delivery number issued by the delivery company or the "package number" sent to you via shipping email, and contact the transportation office indicated on the delivery notice. Please contact us directly within days.
  • If your package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to receive it, we will charge you the round-trip shipping fee and the shipping fee for re-shipping.
  • Regarding forwarding: If you change (forward) the delivery address to an address other than the address written on the invoice, you will be required to pay the shipping charges (list price freight/cash on delivery). Please note. (Yamato Transport forwarding service)

Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country and weight. Actual shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout screen when you place your order.

For shipments outside of Japan, we do not accept date and time specifications.

About the description on the invoice

If we are sending the gift directly to the recipient, the name of the person who placed the order, our address, and phone number will be printed on the sender's section of the shipping label.

About ISSO membership registration

By registering as a member when using our online store, you can easily recall your registered information and check your order history without having to enter your customer information and delivery address each time. Admission fee and annual fee are free.

Regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations

About returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience. We take every precaution regarding product quality and delivery, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. In that case, we will be able to assist you smoothly if you also send us photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If there is a replacement product, we will exchange the product and cover the cost of returning and re-shipping the product. If there is no replacement product, we will return the product (refund).

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply.

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products that have been damaged, lost, or stained due to reasons attributable to the customer
  • If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
  • In case of a customer's order mistake
  • Any other reason that the Company determines is due to customer convenience (different from the image, etc.)
  • In the event of delivery delays due to traffic or delivery conditions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or the product you receive is different from the one you ordered. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice.
