Enjoy ISSO’s Cold-Brewed Tea on a Summer Day
Under the bright summer sun, beneath a clear blue sky.
A summer day that makes you want to venture a little farther.
After taking a train and a bus, you arrive at a path leading to the sea.
You stop for a moment, wipe away the sweat, and take a long, refreshing sip.
What I had brought along was ISSO’s cold-brewed tea.
ISSO’s teas are also delicious when cold-brewed.
Letting the tea leaves slowly open in water brings out their natural umami and sweetness,
creating a light and refreshing cup to enjoy even on warm summer days.
All you need is a bottle in the refrigerator,
ready whenever you feel like having a refreshing cup of tea.

How to Make Cold-Brewed Tea
It’s very simple.
Just add the tea leaves and water to a bottle and let them slowly infuse in the refrigerator.
- Add 5g of loose-leaf tea, or 2 tea bags, to 500ml of water.
For 1 tea bag, we recommend using approximately 350ml of water. - Add the water.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Shake the bottle a few times, then remove the tea leaves (or tea bags). Your cold-brewed tea is ready to enjoy.
For more details, see our “Cold-Brewed Green Tea Recipe.”
For a richer taste, let the tea steep a little longer.
For a lighter, more refreshing taste, shorten the steeping time.
Find your favorite cup, adjusting it to the day’s weather and your mood.

Your Favorite Tea, Always Within Reach.
Place it in the refrigerator before bed, and it will be ready to enjoy by morning.
With your first cup of the day, during a break from work,
on a weekend stroll, on your way to the sea,
or simply alongside a meal.
