How to Brew
- Measure 3 teaspoons (7g) of tea leaves.
- Add the tea leaves to a teapot, kyusu, or tea infuser.
- Pour hot water at 80°C (175°F) over the tea leaves. Use 230ml (1 cup) of water.
- Steep for 60 seconds.
- Enjoy every last drop of your Sencha.
How to brew cold tea
- Measure 2 teaspoons (5g) of tea leaves.
- Add the tea leaves to 500ml (2 cups) of cold water.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to steep.
- Shake gently a few times before serving.
