ISSO Kuromame Hojicha is a luxurious combination of Hokkaido black soybeans blessed with Hokkaido's magnificent nature and mineral-filled mountains and waters, and rare organic first tea stalks. The plump, large grains with a strong sweetness have a mellow aroma and flavor, as well as a deep richness. The grapes are grown using careful handwork, and harvesting is done to minimize losses. Hojicha is made by carefully roasting carefully selected stems using a specially developed far-infrared roasting machine to bring out the elegant and sweet aroma. Since it is low in caffeine, you can enjoy it without worry even before bedtime.
