Iced Matcha Latte Recipe | An Exceptional Cup with ISSO Ceremonial Grade Matcha
ISSO Ceremonial Grade Matcha is one of Japan’s finest organic matcha, enjoyed even in traditional tea ceremonies. It is distinguished by its elegant, refined aroma, pronounced umami, rich depth, beautifully deep green color, and soft, velvety foam.

While it is exceptional when prepared traditionally with hot water, it also retains the rich, authentic character of matcha when crafted into a chilled latte.
Today, we are pleased to introduce an iced matcha latte recipe that you can easily enjoy at home.

Milk (dairy, soy, oat, almond, etc.): 100ml

Place the matcha in a bowl or cup and add a small amount of water.
Using a spoon or bamboo whisk, mix well until smooth and free of clumps.

Pour in the remaining water and continue mixing until fully blended.

3. Prepare the glass
Fill a glass generously with ice and pour in the milk.
* Add sugar or syrup to taste, if desired.
