Ingredients (1 serving)

Yuzu jam or yuzu tea: 1 tablespoon

(Optional) Honey: to taste

Loose leaf: 5 teaspoons (7g), or

1 teabag

Hot water: 90°C / 195°F, 230ml (1 cup)
How to Make
1. Brew the Lemongrass Green Tea
For loose leaf:
Place 5 teaspoons (7g) of tea leaves in a teapot, kyusu, or tea infuser.
Pour 230ml of water at 90°C (195°F) and steep for 60 seconds.
For teabags:
Pour 230ml of water at 90°C (195°F) over one teabag and steep for 90 seconds.


2. Add the yuzu jam (or yuzu tea)
Stir 1 tablespoon into the brewed tea until dissolved.

Optional: Add honey
Sweeten to your liking.
