Notice of Price Revision

Thank you very much for your continued support of ISSO TEA.

As has been reported in the media, the global surge in demand for matcha in recent years has led to a sharp increase in the price of tencha, the raw material used to produce matcha. For the 2025 first flush (ichibancha), prices have nearly doubled compared to the previous year. In addition, the growing demand has caused a continued rise in the cost of packaging materials, manufacturing, and transportation.

While we have made every effort to maintain our prices through company-wide cost management, in order to continue providing rare and high-quality organic tea without compromising on quality, we regret to inform you that we will be implementing a price revision for certain products.

  New Price: ¥4,500 (excl. tax) / ¥4,860 (incl. tax)

• ISSO Ceremonial Grade Matcha [Pouch]
  New Price: ¥4,100 (excl. tax) / ¥4,428 (incl. tax)
