Notice of Resumption of Shipping to the USA

Thank you very much for your continued support of ISSO TEA.

Due to changes in U.S. customs and postal regulations, Japan Post (EMS) had temporarily suspended shipments to the United States. Consequently, we had to pause our deliveries to the U.S. as well.

We are pleased to announce that we have now completed preparations to resume shipping to the USA via an alternative carrier, DHL Express. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

Important Information Regarding Customs Duties

Following the suspension of "De Minimis" (minor shipment tax exemption) treatment in the United States, customers residing in the U.S. may find that the customs duties required upon delivery differ from previous levels.

As stated in our Shopping Guide, all customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees (such as clearance fees) are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
