Please find below our schedule for the year-end and New Year holiday period.

Product Delivery & Inquiries

Shipping Schedule

• Orders confirmed by 11:59 AM on Friday, December 26 will be shipped on December 26 (Friday).

• Orders confirmed between 12:00 PM on Friday, December 26 and 11:59 AM on Tuesday, January 6 will be shipped sequentially from Tuesday, January 6 onward.

Please note that deliveries after the New Year may be delayed due to increased shipping volumes, traffic conditions, or weather-related factors. We appreciate your understanding.

Customer Inquiries

Our office will be closed from Saturday, December 27 to Sunday, January 4.
Inquiries received after 5:00 PM on Friday, December 26 will be responded to sequentially starting Monday, January 5.

Customer support hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders

Orders can be placed at any time during the holiday period.
Please note that shipments will begin from Tuesday, January 6.
