- Orders confirmed by 8:59 AM on December 27 (Fri) → Shipped on December 27 (Fri)
- Orders confirmed between 9:00 AM on December 27 (Fri) and 11:59 AM on January 6 (Mon) → Shipped sequentially from January 6 (Mon)
Please note that due to increased shipping demand, traffic conditions, and weather during the New Year period, delays in delivery may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

Our customer support will be closed from December 28 (Sat) to January 5 (Sun).
Inquiries received after 5:00 PM on December 27 (Fri) will be answered sequentially starting January 6 (Mon).
