• Orders confirmed by 11:59 AM on August 9 (Fri) → Shipped on August 9 (Fri)
• Orders confirmed between 12:00 PM on August 9 (Fri) and 11:59 AM on August 15 (Thu) → Shipped sequentially from August 15 (Thu)

Please note that due to increased shipping demand, traffic conditions, and weather after the holidays, delivery delays may occur. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Customer Inquiries
Our customer support will be closed from August 10 (Sat) to August 14 (Wed).
Inquiries received after 5:00 PM on August 9 (Fri) will be answered sequentially starting August 15 (Thu).
(Customer support hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding weekends and holidays.)
