We would like to inform you about our summer holiday schedule as follows:

Product Delivery

• Orders confirmed by 11:59 AM on August 9 (Fri) → Dispatched on August 9 (Fri)
• Orders confirmed between 12:00 PM on August 9 (Fri) and 11:59 AM on August 15 (Thu) → Dispatched sequentially from August 15 (Thu)

Please note that there may be delays in delivery after the Obon holiday due to increased logistics, traffic, and weather conditions.

Inquiries We will be closed from August 10 (Sat) to August 14 (Wed). Inquiries received after 5:00 PM on August 9 (Fri) will be responded to sequentially from August 15 (Thu). (Inquiry response hours: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding weekends and holidays)
