Early Spring’s Gentle Rhythm
Alternating days of cold and warmth —
the season slowly makes its way toward spring.
In the crisp air, early-blooming cherry blossoms and plum blossoms quietly unfold.
Looking at them, we are reminded that time is indeed moving forward.
Filling a flask with Yutaka Midori sencha, we head to a nearby park.

Looking up at the sky, we take a sip.
Deep richness and umami, followed by a soft, lingering finish.
March 3rd marks Hinamatsuri —
a day to wish for healthy growth and gentle days ahead.
In every place,
may we hold our loved ones close in our thoughts.
